Dr. April saved my parrots life. She was not my regular avian vet, but she was the only avian vet I could get a hold of literally in the middle of the night during a life or death emergency. She was compassionate, caring and calm during my time of crisis. She has been treating my parrot now for quite some time and continues to be in constant contact with me to check in on how she is doing. Dr. April has also been very informative and taught me a lot of new things. I have never experienced a vet (for exotic or small animal) that has been so invested in the care and well being of my pet. She always makes herself available and is extremely responsive whenever I reach out. I am so grateful for having met Dr. April and despite being 1hr away from her office I will continue to use her as she is well worth the drive.
